Hi, I need to change the shipping address for my watch order to my New York address. Also, I want to switch the silicone watch in that order to a metal one—white if possible.

- Reason for contact
- You just placed an order with two watches, you want to change its address to your New York address (you don't want to reveal it but it's in your other order). For the air purifier you received along with sneakers, you want to exchange the purifier to large size and night mode, but still with HEPA filter.

I have located your account and your pending order containing two wristwatches—one with a silicone strap (blue dial) and one with a metal strap (blue dial). You requested to:
1. Change the shipping address for this order to your New York address.
2. Switch the silicone strap watch to a metal strap watch, preferably with a white dial.
Before proceeding, could you please provide your full New York address (street, city, state, zip code, and country) so I can update the shipping details?
Also, to confirm: you want to change the silicone strap, blue dial watch to the metal strap, white dial variant (which is available). Please confirm that these are the only item changes you want to make in this order. Once I modify the items, no further changes or cancellations can be made to this order.
Please provide your New York address and confirm all requested changes so I can proceed.
Customer#14
Yes, that's correct.
Agent#15
Thank you for confirming. Please provide your full New York address (street, city, state, zip code, and country) so I can update the shipping address and proceed with switching the silicone strap, blue dial watch to the metal strap, white dial watch in your order.
Once I have your address, I’ll summarize the changes for your final confirmation before making any updates.
Customer#16
The New York address is already in my other order. Use that.
