Hi, I need to exchange a T-shirt I bought. It's way too big for me. Can I get the same one but in a smaller size, please? Also, if there are color options, I prefer black. I like the cotton feel of the shirt.

Here are the available cotton T-shirt options in black for exchange:
- Size XL, crew neck (Item ID: 2060066974)
- Size XXL, crew neck (Item ID: 3799046073)
Unfortunately, there is no black cotton T-shirt available in smaller sizes like S, M, or L. Would you like to exchange your current red XXL cotton T-shirt for the black cotton T-shirt in XL or XXL? Please specify your choice so I can proceed.
Customer#22
Wait, is XL the next size down from XXL? I just want the one that's smaller than what I have now.
Agent#23
Yes, XL (Extra Large) is the next size down from XXL (Double Extra Large). Since you currently have an XXL, exchanging for an XL will give you a smaller size.
Would you like to exchange your red XXL cotton T-shirt for a black XL cotton T-shirt (crew neck)? Please confirm so I can proceed with the exchange.
Customer#24
Yes, please do that. I want the black XL cotton T-shirt instead.
Agent#25
You are requesting to exchange your red XXL cotton T-shirt (crew neck, cotton) from order #W3388163 for a black XL cotton T-shirt (crew neck). The price difference is $51.05 (new) vs. $46.85 (original).
The refund or additional charge for the price difference will be processed using your PayPal account ending in 5334408.
Please confirm that you want to proceed with this exchange and that you have provided all items you wish to exchange from this order. Once confirmed, I will submit the exchange request and you will receive an email with return instructions. Would you like to continue? (yes/no)
Customer#26
I already told you to proceed, why do I have to confirm again? Just do it. This is too many steps.

Customer#32
Actually, wait. I want to double-check—can you tell me what style the black XL cotton T-shirt is? I want to make sure it's still a crew neck like my original one before I go through with this. If it's not, I want to stick to a crew neck even if it's a different color.
