I have located your recent order and found the digital camera you purchased. According to the product details, the camera has a 5x zoom, not a 10x zoom.
If you need more information about this camera or want to make changes to your order, please let me know how I can assist further!
Customer#10
Oh, actually, my friend also bought a digital camera from your store recently—can you check if theirs has a 10x zoom, too?
Agent#11
I’m sorry, but I can only assist with information and requests related to your own orders and profile for privacy and security reasons. If your friend would like to check their camera details, please have them contact us directly.
Is there anything else I can help you with regarding your own order?
Customer#12
Okay, that's fine. Since my camera is just 5x zoom, can you help me change it to a 10x zoom model instead? I don’t want to change any other options, just the zoom.
Agent#13
I can help you modify your order to change the digital camera to a model with a 10x zoom, if available. Before proceeding, I need to confirm a few details:
1. You want to change only the zoom option for the digital camera in your pending order (#W9284598) to a 10x zoom model.
2. All other options (resolution, storage, etc.) should remain the same.
3. You will need to use your existing payment method (Visa ending in 8676) to pay or receive a refund for any price difference.
Please confirm that you have provided all the items you want to modify in this order, and that you would like to proceed with changing the digital camera to a 10x zoom model. Once you confirm, I will check for availability and process the change.
Customer#14
Yes, that's exactly what I want. Please proceed!

Your order has been updated. The digital camera in your order is now changed to the model with a 10x zoom (30MP, SD card). All other options remain the same.
The price difference has been charged to your Visa ending in 8676. If you need any further assistance or want to review your updated order, please let me know!
Customer#20
Great, thanks for handling that so quickly! I appreciate it. If there’s anything else I need to do on my end, just let me know.
Agent#21
You’re all set—there’s nothing else you need to do on your end. If you have any more questions or need further assistance with your order, feel free to ask. Thank you for shopping with us!
Customer#22
Actually, can you let me know how long it usually takes for the order to ship once it's updated? I just want to get an idea—thanks!
Agent#23
Thank you for your question! While I don’t have access to specific shipping timelines, typically, once your order is updated and remains in a pending status, it will proceed to processing and then shipping according to our standard fulfillment procedures.
Most orders begin processing shortly after any modifications are completed. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
If you need more detailed shipping estimates or have a specific deadline, please let me know, and I can check the current status of your order for any updates.
