I have located your account and confirmed your recent laptop order. To exchange your current laptop for one with an i7 processor, 8GB RAM, and a 1TB SSD, I found the following available option:
- Laptop: i7 processor, 8GB RAM, 1TB SSD, color: black (Item ID: 9844888101)
Before proceeding, please confirm:
1. You want to exchange your delivered laptop (current specs: i5, 32GB RAM, 256GB SSD, 15-inch, space grey) for the above model.
2. The refund or additional charge for the price difference will be processed using your existing Mastercard ending in 1531.
Is this correct, and do you confirm you want to proceed with this exchange? If you want a different color or screen size, please let me know before confirming.
Customer#12
Yes, that’s correct—I want to exchange my current 15-inch, i5, 32GB, 256GB SSD laptop for the i7, 8GB RAM, 1TB SSD one in black, and it’s fine to use the same Mastercard for any price difference. Please proceed.
