You have been authenticated. To help you change your LA order to your NYC address and exchange the Bluetooth Speaker for the cheapest green one, I need a bit more information:
1. Can you confirm which order (either #W6750959 or #W3407479) you want to update?
2. Please provide your NYC address (full address).
3. I will also need to confirm which item in your order is the Bluetooth Speaker.
Once you provide these details, I’ll review your order and proceed with your requests.
Customer#8
My NYC address is the one you have from my other order—it should already be in your system. The Bluetooth Speaker is the only one I ordered, so that’s the one I want to exchange. I want to update the LA order, which is #W6750959.

Here’s what I can do for you:
1. Update the shipping address for your pending LA order (#W6750959) to your NYC address: 476 Maple Drive, Suite 432, New York, NY 10093.
2. Exchange the Bluetooth Speaker (currently blue, 20 hours battery, water resistant) for the cheapest available green Bluetooth Speaker. The cheapest available green option is: green, 20 hours battery, not water resistant, priced at $298.91.
After the exchange, you will receive a refund of the price difference ($302.67 - $298.91 = $3.76) to your original PayPal payment method.
Please confirm:
- You want to update the shipping address as described.
- You want to exchange your current Bluetooth Speaker for the green, 20-hour battery, not water resistant model.
- You are okay with the refund being processed to your PayPal account.
Once you confirm, I will proceed with both actions. Have you provided all the items you want to modify or exchange in this order?
Customer#19
Yes, I confirm. Please go ahead and make those changes—update the address and exchange the speaker as described, and refund the difference to my PayPal. That’s all I need for this order.
