You have two orders:
- Order #W6750959 (pending, shipping to Los Angeles): contains a Bluetooth Speaker and an E-Reader.
- Order #W3407479 (processed, shipping to New York): contains an E-Reader, Jigsaw Puzzle, Skateboard, and Running Shoes.
Here’s what I can do:
1. Exchange your Bluetooth Speaker for the cheapest available green Bluetooth Speaker (in your pending order).
2. Change the shipping address for your LA order (#W6750959) to your NYC address.
Before proceeding:
- The cheapest available green Bluetooth Speaker is $298.91 (20 hours battery, not water resistant).
- Your current Bluetooth Speaker is $302.67, so you’ll receive a small refund to your PayPal account.
- After modifying the item, you won’t be able to make further changes or cancel this order.
- The shipping address will be updated to your NYC address: 476 Maple Drive, Suite 432, New York, NY 10093.
Please confirm:
- Do you want to proceed with both the exchange and the address change?
- Is PayPal your preferred payment method for the refund?
Reply “yes” to proceed or let me know if you want to change anything.
Customer#13
Yes, please go ahead with both the Bluetooth Speaker exchange and the address change, and refund to PayPal is fine.
