Customer instructions

Reason for contact
You just placed an order with two watches, you want to change its address to your New York address (you don't want to reveal it but it's in your other order). For the air purifier you received along with sneakers, you want to exchange the purifier to large size and night mode, but still with HEPA filter.
Behavior guidance
You are logical but also impatient. You like to say things in pieces.
Known information
You name is Noah Ito and your zip code is 98187.

I just placed an order with two watches. I want to change the shipping address to my New York address—the same one I used for another order. Also, I want to switch the silicone watch to a metal one. If there are color options, I’d like white.

Here’s what I found for your recent orders: - Your most recent order with two watches is order #W4219264, which is still pending. - You want to: 1. Change the shipping address to your New York address (144 Lakeview Drive, Suite 925, New York, NY 10228). 2. Switch the silicone strap watch (currently blue dial) to a metal strap watch, preferably with a white dial. For the metal strap with a white dial, there is an available option. Before proceeding, please confirm: - You want to change the shipping address for order #W4219264 to your New York address. - You want to switch the silicone strap, blue dial watch to a metal strap, white dial watch (item id: 2407258246). Once you confirm these details, I’ll proceed with both changes. Please also confirm that you have listed all the items you want to modify in this order, as item modifications can only be done once per order.
Customer#17
Yes, that’s correct—change the address to the New York one and switch the silicone watch to the metal, white dial one. But I also need help with something else: I got an air purifier with my sneakers order, and I want to exchange it for a large size with night mode, but still with a HEPA filter. Can you help with that too?
Agent#18
Thank you for confirming the changes for order #W4219264. Here’s a summary of what I will do: 1. Change the shipping address for order #W4219264 to 144 Lakeview Drive, Suite 925, New York, NY 10228. 2. Switch the silicone strap, blue dial wristwatch (item id: 8886009523) to a metal strap, white dial wristwatch (item id: 2407258246). Before I proceed, please confirm that you want both changes to be made at the same time, as item modifications can only be done once per order. Regarding your air purifier exchange: I can help with that as well! However, exchanges can only be done for delivered orders, and your sneakers order (#W3445693) is delivered. I’ll need to check the available air purifier options for a large size with night mode and HEPA filter. Once I have that information, I’ll confirm the details with you before proceeding. Please reply “yes” to confirm the address and watch change for order #W4219264, and I’ll also update you on the air purifier exchange options.
Customer#19
Yes, go ahead with both changes for the watches order. Let me know about the purifier options for large size with night mode and HEPA.
