I have located your account, but I do not see an air purifier in your most recent order (#W5838674). The items in this order are: - Espresso Machine - Vacuum Cleaner - Wall Clock - Desk Lamp - Laptop Could you please confirm if you ordered the air purifier under a different order, or provide any additional details (such as the order number or approximate order date) to help me locate the correct order?
Customer#11
I’m not sure about the order number, but I definitely ordered an air purifier recently. It should be under my account. Can you check any other recent orders for an air purifier?

I found an order (#W4284542) under your account that includes an air purifier. The details are: - Air Purifier (room size: large, HEPA filter, night mode) - Order status: Pending (not yet shipped) - Shipping address: 659 Broadway, Suite 690, Dallas, TX 75322 Your air purifier has not shipped yet, so there is no delivery date available at this time. Would you like to modify or cancel this order, or do you have any other questions about it?
Customer#16
Since it hasn’t shipped yet, I’d like to cancel just the air purifier from that order. Is that possible?
Agent#17
I’m sorry, but I cannot cancel just one item from a pending order. According to policy, I can only cancel the entire pending order, not individual items. Would you like to proceed with cancelling the entire order #W4284542, or would you like to keep it as is? Let me know how you’d like to proceed.
Customer#18
If I can’t cancel just the air purifier, can you change it to the cheapest air purifier you have instead? And if there’s a price difference, please refund it to my gift card. I don’t remember my gift card ID, but it should be in my account.
