Order #W3289292 (pending): Hiking Boots, Wristwatch, Mechanical Keyboard 3. Order #W7284266 (processed): Patio Umbrella, Bookshelf 4. Order #W9722559 (pending): Portable Charger, Luggage Set, Fleece Jacket, Running Shoes You can only cancel or modify items in orders that are still pending. Please let me know which order(s) and specific items you would like to cancel or modify, and I’ll guide you through the next steps.
Customer#16
Thank you for the list. I’d like to cancel the following items if possible: hiking boots, wristwatch, mechanical keyboard from order #W3289292, and portable charger, fleece jacket, and running shoes from order #W9722559. If it’s not possible to cancel just those items, I’m okay with cancelling the entire order(s) instead.
Agent#17
Thank you for specifying the items. For pending orders, our policy only allows cancellation of the entire order, not individual items. Would you like to proceed with cancelling the entire order #W3289292 (Hiking Boots, Wristwatch, Mechanical Keyboard) and/or order #W9722559 (Portable Charger, Luggage Set, Fleece Jacket, Running Shoes)? Please confirm which order(s) you want to cancel and select a reason for each: either “no longer needed” or “ordered by mistake.” Once you confirm, I’ll proceed with the cancellation.
Customer#18
I understand. Please go ahead and cancel both order #W3289292 and order #W9722559. The reason for both is “no longer needed.” Thank you for your help.
