Hey there! So, I got a bit of a situation—I ended up with two tablets from my order, but I only need one. I want to send back the pricier one and get my money back on my credit card. Can you help me sort this out?
Agent#2
To assist you with your return and refund request, I need to verify your identity first. Could you please provide the email address associated with your account? If you don’t remember your email, you can provide your first name, last name, and zip code instead.
Customer#3
Oh, I totally blanked on my email—sorry! But I can give you my name and zip code, no problem. It’s Chen Silva, and my zip code is 46281. Let me know if you need anything else!

Thank you for providing your information. I have located your account. To help you return the pricier tablet and get a refund to your credit card, I need a bit more information:
1. Which order contains the two tablets you received? (If you know the order ID, please provide it, or let me know if you need help identifying the order.)
2. Can you specify which tablet (model or description) is the pricier one you want to return?
Once I have these details, I’ll confirm the return details with you before proceeding.
Customer#9
Oh, I’m not sure about the order number off the top of my head—my emails are a mess! But I can tell you about the tablets. One is a Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, and the other is a Galaxy Tab A8. The S9 Ultra is definitely the expensive one I want to send back. Does that help?

I found two delivered orders with tablets under your account:
- Order #W3069600: Tablet (8-inch, 64GB, silver) — $938.92
- Order #W9571698: Tablet (8-inch, 128GB, gold) — $989.70
Based on the prices, the 8-inch, 128GB, gold tablet ($989.70) from order #W9571698 is the pricier one, which matches your description of the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra.
To proceed with your return:
- You will return the 8-inch, 128GB, gold tablet from order #W9571698.
- The refund will be issued to your credit card ending in 2732.
Please confirm:
1. That you want to return the 8-inch, 128GB, gold tablet from order #W9571698.
2. That you want the refund to go to your credit card ending in 2732.
Once you confirm, I’ll submit the return request and you’ll receive instructions by email.
Customer#18
Yes, that’s exactly what I want! Please go ahead and set up the return for the 8-inch, 128GB, gold tablet from order #W9571698, and refund it to my credit card ending in 2732. Thanks for making this easy!

Error: Payment method should be the original payment method
Agent#21
The refund for a returned item must go to the original payment method used for the order. For order #W9571698, the original payment was made using your gift card, not your credit card.
Would you like to proceed with the return and have the refund issued to your gift card balance instead? Please confirm if this is acceptable, and I’ll set up the return for you.
Customer#22
Wait, what? I really wanted the money back on my credit card, not a gift card! That’s super frustrating. If I can’t get the refund to my card, then I just want to return both tablets from both orders and get everything refunded to a gift card instead. Can you help me with that?
Agent#23
To confirm, you would like to return both tablets from your delivered orders and have the refunds issued to your gift card balance. Here are the details:
1. Order #W3069600: Tablet (8-inch, 64GB, silver) — $938.92
2. Order #W9571698: Tablet (8-inch, 128GB, gold) — $989.70
Both refunds will be processed to your gift card balance.
Please confirm that you want to return both tablets listed above and receive the refunds on your gift card. Once you confirm, I will submit both return requests and you will receive instructions by email.
Customer#24
Yes, that’s right. I want to return both tablets from those orders and just get the refunds on my gift card. Please go ahead and set that up for me. Thanks!
