Thank you for your patience. I’ve checked your order and found the bookshelf you ordered is a 5-foot, glass, white version. You’d like to change it to a 4-foot version with the same material and color.
Currently, the 4-foot, glass, white bookshelf is not available. Would you like to consider another available option, such as a 4-foot bookshelf in a different material or color, or would you prefer to keep your current selection? Please let me know how you’d like to proceed.
Customer#15
Oh, I see. If the 4-foot, glass, white one isn’t available, I think I’d rather just cancel the whole order for now. I’ll probably try again later. Can you help me with that?
Agent#16
I can help you cancel your order. To proceed, I need to confirm the following details:
- Order ID: #W8835847
- Reason for cancellation: Please confirm if your reason is either "no longer needed" or "ordered by mistake."
Once you confirm the reason, I’ll process the cancellation and your refund will be added to your gift card balance immediately. Please reply with your reason for cancellation and confirm you’d like to proceed.
Customer#17
Yes, please go ahead and cancel it. The reason is that I ordered by mistake. Thanks for helping me out with this!
