I have located your recent order and found the digital camera you purchased. According to the order details, the digital camera you ordered has a 5x zoom, not a 10x zoom. If you need to modify or exchange your order, or if you have any other questions, please let me know how I can assist you further!

Customer#11

Thanks for checking! I’d really like to have a camera with a 10x zoom instead. Is it possible to change my order to a 10x zoom model, but keep everything else the same?
