Hi! How can I help you today?

Customer#1

Hi, I just received a couple of laptops from you, but I want to exchange them for ones with an i7 processor, 8GB RAM, and a 1TB SSD. Can you help me with that? Also, I’d like to know how much I’d need to pay today in total for the exchange.

Agent#2

To assist you with your exchange request, I need to verify your identity first. Could you please provide the email address associated with your account? Once verified, I’ll look up your order details and help you with the exchange and payment information.

Customer#3

I actually don’t remember which email I used for the order. Is there another way you can verify my account? I can give you my name and zip code if that helps.

Agent#4

Yes, I can verify your account using your first name, last name, and zip code. Please provide these details so I can locate your account and assist you further.

Customer#5

Sure, my name is Lei Wilson and my zip code is 32255. Let me know what else you need from me.
