Customer#1
Hi, I need some help with my order. First, I’d like to exchange the Bluetooth Speaker I ordered for the cheapest green one you have. Also, I want to change the delivery address from my LA location to my NYC address, which should be in your system from another order. Can you help me with both of these requests?
Agent#2
To assist you with exchanging your Bluetooth Speaker and updating your delivery address, I’ll first need to verify your identity. Could you please provide the email address associated with your account? If you don’t remember your email, you can provide your first name, last name, and zip code instead.
Customer#3
I actually don’t remember which email I used, but my name is Yusuf Li and my zip code is 91148. Will that work?

Here’s what I can do for you:
1. Exchange your Bluetooth Speaker (pending order #W6750959) for the cheapest available green variant (Bluetooth Speaker, green, 20 hours battery, water resistance: no, $298.91).
2. Change the delivery address for this order from your LA address to your NYC address on file: 476 Maple Drive, Suite 432, New York, NY 10093.
Before I proceed:
- You will pay/receive the price difference for the speaker using your PayPal account on file.
- Once the item modification is made, no further changes or cancellations can be done for this order.
- Are you sure you want to exchange only the Bluetooth Speaker and update the address as described? Please confirm that you have provided all items you want to modify in this order. Reply “yes” to proceed or let me know if you want to include any other changes.
Customer#15
Yes, that’s correct. Please go ahead with just those two changes—exchange the Bluetooth Speaker for the cheapest green one and update the delivery address to my NYC address. Thank you!
