You have two pending orders (#W5199551 and #W8665881) and one delivered order (#W9389413). You want to: 1. Cancel both pending orders because you no longer need them. 2. Return only the Smart Watch from your delivered order. Before proceeding, here’s what will happen: - Both pending orders will be cancelled and refunded to your original payment method (PayPal). Refunds to PayPal take 5-7 business days. - Only the Smart Watch from your delivered order will be returned. You’ll need to choose whether the refund goes to your PayPal or your gift card. Please confirm: - You want to cancel both pending orders (#W5199551 and #W8665881) for the reason “no longer needed.” - You want to return only the Smart Watch (item ID: 2554056026) from order #W9389413, and let me know your preferred refund method (PayPal or gift card). Once you confirm, I’ll proceed and calculate your total refund amount.
Customer#12
Yes, that’s correct. Please go ahead and cancel both pending orders and return only the Smart Watch from my delivered order. I would like the refund to go to my PayPal.
