You have two pending orders (#W5199551 and #W8665881) and one delivered order (#W9389413). To proceed: 1. You want to cancel both pending orders because you no longer need them. 2. You want to return a watch from your delivered order. Before I proceed, could you please confirm: - That you want to cancel both pending orders (#W5199551 and #W8665881) for the reason “no longer needed”? - Which watch from your delivered order (#W9389413) you want to return: the “Smart Watch” (item id: 2554056026)? Also, for the refund of the returned watch, do you want it to go back to your original payment method (PayPal), or to your gift card balance? Once you confirm these details, I’ll provide the refund amounts and proceed with your requests.
Customer#12
Yes, please cancel both pending orders because I don’t need them. For the delivered order, I want to return the “Smart Watch” from that order (#W9389413)—that’s the gold one with the metal band. Please refund to my original payment method (PayPal).
