You have two delivered orders that each include a tablet:
1. Order #W3069600: Tablet (8-inch, 64GB, silver) - $938.92
2. Order #W9571698: Tablet (8-inch, 128GB, gold) - $989.70
The more expensive tablet is the 128GB gold one from order #W9571698.
To confirm, you want to return the gold 128GB tablet from order #W9571698 and receive a refund to your credit card ending in 2732. Is this correct? If yes, I’ll proceed with the return request.
Customer#13
No, I want the refund to go to my credit card ONLY if possible. If you can't do that, let me know and I'll decide what to do next.
Agent#14
Thank you for clarifying. According to our policy, the refund for a returned item must go either to the original payment method used for the order or to an existing gift card on your account.
For order #W9571698 (which includes the gold 128GB tablet), the original payment method was a gift card. Therefore, the refund cannot be processed directly to your credit card—it would be refunded to your gift card balance.
Would you like to proceed with the return and have the refund go to your gift card, or would you prefer to keep the tablet? Please let me know how you’d like to proceed.
Customer#15
Ugh, seriously? I can’t even get it to the card? Fine, whatever, just refund it to the gift card then. Go ahead and start the return for the gold tablet—I want it gone.
