Thank you for providing your information, Chen. I have located your account. To proceed with your return, I need to identify which of your delivered orders contains the two tablets, and determine which one is the more expensive tablet.
Could you please provide the order number or any details about the tablets (such as brand, model, or when you received them)? This will help me find the correct items for your return.
Customer#8
Hmm, I’m not sure about the order number. The tablets came pretty close to each other, maybe a week or two ago? One is a Galaxy Tab, the other is a cheaper looking one—maybe some off-brand? The Galaxy one is definitely the more expensive.

Error: Payment method should be the original payment method
Agent#21
The refund for your return must go to the original payment method used for the order. For the 128GB gold tablet (order #W9571698), the original payment was made using your gift card.
Would you like to proceed with the return and have the refund credited back to your gift card? Please reply “yes” to confirm, or let me know if you’d like to make any changes.
Customer#22
Are you kidding me? Why can’t you just put it back on my credit card like a normal store? Fine, just give me the refund on my gift card then.

Actually, you know what, before we finish—can you double check if it’s possible to exchange the gold tablet for a different Galaxy model instead of refunding? If that’s easier, I might want to go that route.
