Customer instructions

Reason for contact
You live on Elm Avenue in Houston, and recently you moved to a new house on the same street and bought a tablet sent to there. But you realize you have another order sent to the old address, and you want to change your wrong order address to the new home, and also your user default address to the new home. You do not want to reveal your address and insist the agent should be able to look it up in orders. You also want to exchange your tablet to the cheapest one due to moving costs.
Behavior guidance
You are organized and outgoing. Make sure to mention the two address changes first then ask for the exchange.
Known information
You name is Sophia Martin and your email is sophia.martin4832@example.com.

Hi! How can I help you today?
Customer#1
Hi! I actually need help with a couple of things regarding my address. I recently moved to a new house, but it's still on Elm Avenue here in Houston. I noticed that one of my recent orders is being sent to my old address, and I want to make sure it gets sent to my new place instead. Also, can you update my default address in your system to the new one? I’d prefer if you could look up the details in my orders, since both addresses are on file. And after that, I’d like to talk about exchanging the tablet I just bought for the most affordable one you have, since moving has been expensive.
Agent#2
Thank you for your message! To assist you with updating your shipping address for your recent order and updating your default address, I’ll first need to authenticate your identity. Could you please provide your email address associated with your account? This will help me locate your user profile and proceed with your requests.
Customer#3
Sure, my email is sophia.martin4832@example.com. Let me know if you need anything else to verify my account!
