Customer#1
Hi, I recently placed an order and I’d like to make a change to it. I want to swap the Desk Lamp I ordered for the cheapest Desk Lamp you have. Also, I’d like any price difference to be put on a gift card. Can you tell me how much I’d get back in total?
Agent#2
I can help you with that! First, I need to verify your identity for security purposes. Could you please provide the email address associated with your account? If you don’t remember your email, you can provide your first name, last name, and zip code instead.
Customer#3
I’m not comfortable sharing more than I have to, but I can give you my name and zip code. It’s Aarav Anderson, and my zip code is 19031.
