Hi, I recently placed an order and I’d like to swap out the Desk Lamp I chose for the most affordable one you have. I’d also like any price difference to be put on a gift card, and I want to know how much I’d get back in total. Can you help with that?
Agent#2
To assist you with swapping the Desk Lamp in your recent order and processing any price difference to a gift card, I’ll need to verify your identity first. Could you please provide the email address associated with your account?
Customer#3
I’m not comfortable sharing my email address. Is there another way you can verify my order? I do have my order number if that helps.
Agent#4
I understand your concern. For security, I still need to verify your identity before accessing order details. If you prefer not to use your email, I can verify your identity using your first name, last name, and zip code. Could you please provide those details?
Customer#5
Sure, I can provide that. My name is Aarav Anderson and my zip code is 19031.
