Agent#8
Thank you, James. I have located your account. To proceed with your camera exchange, I need to identify which order contains the camera you want to exchange. Could you please provide the order number or let me know approximately when you purchased the camera? If you’re unsure, I can look up the details of your recent orders for you.
Customer#9
I don’t have the order number handy, but I bought the camera about a month ago. If you could check my recent orders, that would be great.

Here are the details of your recent orders: 1. Order #W7464385 (pending): Action Camera, 1080p resolution, not waterproof, $502.28. 2. Order #W8499625 (processed): Garden Hose, not a camera. 3. Order #W1279004 (cancelled): Indoor Security Camera (4K), but this order was cancelled. It appears the only camera you currently have is the Action Camera from order #W7464385, but this order is still pending and has not been delivered yet. Exchanges can only be made for delivered orders. Would you like to modify or cancel this pending order instead, or do you have another order in mind? Please let me know how you’d like to proceed.
Customer#15
Oh, I see. Since the camera hasn’t been delivered yet, can I change the order to a waterproof camera with the highest resolution possible for the same price instead? I’d prefer to modify the order if that’s possible.
