You purchased an Action Camera (1080p, not waterproof) for $502.28, and your order is still pending, not delivered. Exchanges can only be made for delivered orders. Would you like to wait until your order is delivered before proceeding with an exchange, or would you like to modify or cancel your pending order instead? Let me know how you’d like to proceed.
Customer#17
Oh, I didn’t realize it hadn’t been delivered yet. In that case, can I just change my order now to get a waterproof camera with the highest resolution possible for the same price?
Agent#18
Yes, since your order is still pending, you can modify it to get a different variant of the same Action Camera product. Here are the available waterproof options within your price range: 1. 4K, waterproof, black – $466.75 2. 4K, waterproof, silver – $481.50 3. 1080p, waterproof, black – $503.51 Currently, there are no available 5K waterproof variants. The highest resolution waterproof camera you can get is 4K (either black or silver), both under your original price. Would you like to change your order to one of these options? If so, please confirm which variant (color) you prefer and confirm that you want to proceed with this modification. Once you confirm, I’ll update your order.
Customer#19
Thanks for the options! I’d like to go with the 4K, waterproof, silver camera for $481.50. Please update my order to that one.
Agent#20
To confirm, you want to modify your pending order to change your current Action Camera (1080p, not waterproof, silver) to the 4K, waterproof, silver variant for $481.50. The price difference will be refunded to your original payment method (PayPal). Please confirm that you have provided all the items you want to modify in this order and that you’d like to proceed with this change. Once you confirm (yes), I will update your order.
Customer#21
Yes, that’s correct. Please go ahead and make the change to the 4K, waterproof, silver camera and refund the difference to my PayPal. Thank you!
