Hi! I recently bought a perfume from you, and after trying it, I really love it. I was wondering if I could get the biggest size you have for this fragrance. Can you help me with that?
Agent#2
To assist you with finding the biggest size available for the perfume you purchased, I’ll need to verify your identity first. Could you please provide the email address you used for your purchase? This will help me locate your order and the specific fragrance.
Customer#3
I’m sorry, but I don’t remember which email I used for the purchase. Is there another way you can look up my order? My name is Ivan Johnson and my zip code is 94183, if that helps.

Before I proceed, please confirm:
1. You want to exchange your 30ml bottle (item ID: 5081446110) for the 100ml bottle (item ID: 3399869890).
2. The refund will go to your PayPal account ending in 6918118.
