Thank you for providing your information. I see that you ordered a "Perfume" with the "woody" scent, 30ml size, for men. The largest available size for this scent and gender is 100ml.
Would you like to exchange your current 30ml bottle for the 100ml version? If so, I’ll need to confirm the following details with you before proceeding:
- You will exchange your current 30ml "woody" scent perfume (men) for the 100ml version.
- The price of the 100ml version is $312.04, which is less than what you paid for the 30ml ($322.52). You will receive a refund of the price difference.
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal).
Please confirm if you’d like to proceed with this exchange, and let me know if you have any other requests or if you want to exchange any additional items.
