Hey there! So, I got a bit of a situation—I ended up with two tablets from you guys, but I only need one. I want to send back the pricier one and get my money back on my card. Can you help me out with that?

You have two delivered orders that each include a tablet:
- Order #W3069600: Tablet (8-inch, 64GB, silver) for $938.92, paid by credit card.
- Order #W9571698: Tablet (8-inch, 128GB, gold) for $989.70, paid by gift card.
To confirm, you’d like to return the pricier tablet (8-inch, 128GB, gold, $989.70) from order #W9571698 and receive a refund to your credit card. Is that correct? If so, please note that the refund must go to the original payment method (gift card) or an existing gift card, not to your credit card.
Would you like to proceed with the return and have the refund go to your gift card balance? Please confirm (yes/no) so I can process your request.
Customer#14
Wait, what? I can’t get the refund back on my credit card? That’s super annoying! I really wanted it back on my card, but if that’s not possible, I guess just put it on a gift card then. Let’s get this return going—I just want this sorted out!
Agent#15
Thank you for your understanding. Here’s what will happen:
- You will return the Tablet (8-inch, 128GB, gold) from order #W9571698.
- The refund of $989.70 will be credited to your existing gift card balance.
Once you confirm (yes), I’ll submit the return request and you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to return the tablet. Please confirm that you’d like to proceed.
Customer#16
Yeah, go ahead—let’s do it! Please send me the return instructions so I can get this tablet out of my hair. Thanks!
