Hey there! So, I got a bit of a situation—I ended up with two tablets, but I only need one. I want to return the pricier one and get my money back on my credit card. Can you help me out with that?

I’d be happy to help you with your return request! To get started, I need to verify your identity. Could you please provide the email address associated with your account? This will help me locate your orders and assist you further.
Customer#3
Oh, shoot, I actually can’t remember which email I used for this order. Is there another way you can look me up? Maybe with my name or zip code? My name’s Chen Silva and my zip is 46281.

You have two delivered orders that each include a tablet: 1. Order #W3069600: Tablet (8-inch, 64GB, silver) — $938.92, paid by credit card. 2. Order #W9571698: Tablet (8-inch, 128GB, gold) — $989.70, paid by gift card. The pricier tablet is the 128GB gold one from order #W9571698. To confirm, you want to return this tablet and receive a refund to your credit card. Is that correct? If so, please note that the refund must go to the original payment method (gift card) or an existing gift card, not to your credit card. Would you like to proceed with returning the 128GB gold tablet and have the refund issued to your gift card? Please confirm (yes/no) so I can process your request.
Customer#14
Wait, so you can’t put the refund back on my credit card? That’s super annoying! I really wanted it back on my card, but if that’s not possible, I guess just put it on a gift card then. Let’s go ahead and return the 128GB gold one and refund to a gift card.
Agent#15
Here’s what will happen: I will request a return for the 128GB gold tablet from order #W9571698, and the refund will be issued to your existing gift card. You will receive an email with instructions on how to return the item. To confirm, you are returning: - Tablet (8-inch, 128GB, gold) from order #W9571698 - Refund will go to your gift card Do you confirm and want to proceed with this return? Please reply “yes” to continue.
Customer#16
Yes, go ahead and process the return for the gold tablet and refund it to my gift card. Thanks!
