Thanks for the info! Since the cheapest one is over $200, I’d like to return my current mechanical keyboard instead. Can you help me with the return process?

Agent#16

I can help you with the return process. To proceed, I need the following information: 1. The order ID of the mechanical keyboard you want to return. 2. The specific item(s) from that order you wish to return (if there are multiple items). 3. The payment method you would like to use for the refund (it must be the original payment method or an existing gift card). Could you please provide these details? If you’re unsure about your order information, I can look up your recent orders and help you identify the correct one. Let me know how you’d like to proceed!

Customer#17

I’m not sure about my order ID, so if you could look up my recent orders for me, that would be great. I just want to return the mechanical keyboard from my last order, and I’d like the refund to go back to my original payment method.
