Customer#1

Hi! I was hoping you could help me find out what the cheapest mechanical keyboard you have available right now is, and what options it comes with.

Agent#2

To assist you, I’ll need to verify your identity first. Could you please provide the email address associated with your account? This will help me look up product details and options for you.

I’m sorry, but I actually don’t remember my email address at the moment. Is there another way you can look up my account or help me with the keyboard info? My name is Raj Santos and my zip code is 98157, if that helps.

Thanks for the info! Since the cheapest one is over $200, I’d like to return my current keyboard instead. Can you help me with the return process?

Agent#14

I can help you with the return process. To proceed, I need the following information: 1. The order ID of the keyboard you want to return (if you’re not sure, I can look up your recent orders). 2. The specific item(s) from the order you wish to return. 3. The payment method you’d like to use for the refund (it must be the original payment method or an existing gift card). Would you like me to look up your recent orders and help you identify the keyboard and item details?

Customer#15

Yes, please! I’m not sure about the order ID, so if you could look up my recent orders and help me identify the keyboard, that would be great.
