Your identity has been verified. To proceed with your requests, I need a bit more information: 1. For the Fleece Jacket exchange: - Could you confirm which order contains the Fleece Jacket you want to exchange? If you’re unsure, I can provide details of your recent orders. - Do you want to exchange all Fleece Jackets in that order, or just specific ones? 2. For updating your default address: - Please provide the full Washington DC address (street, city, state, zip code, and any apartment or suite number). Once I have these details, I’ll summarize the actions for your confirmation before proceeding.

Customer#8

Um, I’m not sure which order it was, maybe you could tell me which ones had Fleece Jackets? And I want to exchange just the one I bought in red, half zipper. For the address, it should already be in one of my past orders from DC, I don’t want to say it out loud.

Here’s what I found: 1. Only one of your orders (#W2466703) contains a Fleece Jacket, but it is a black, full zipper, size L jacket, and the order status is still pending (not delivered). You do not have any delivered orders with a Fleece Jacket, so an exchange cannot be processed at this time. 2. For your Washington DC address, I found this in your past orders: - 565 Maple Drive, Suite 501, Washington, DC 20307, USA Would you like to: - Change your default address to the Washington DC address listed above? - Modify your pending order (#W2466703) to change the Fleece Jacket to a red, half zipper variant (if available)? Please confirm both actions and let me know if you want to proceed or if you’d like to make any changes.

Customer#16

Yes, please do both.
