Thank you for verifying your email. I can help you with both exchanging your Fleece Jacket for a red one with a half zipper and updating your default shipping address to your Washington DC address. To proceed: 1. Could you please confirm which order contains the Fleece Jacket you want to exchange, or provide the order number if you know it? 2. Please provide your full Washington DC address (street, apartment/suite if any, city, state, zip code) so I can update your default shipping address. Once I have this information, I’ll confirm the details with you before making any changes.
Customer#8
The Fleece Jacket is from one of my past orders, but I’m not sure which one. And for the address, it’s already on one of my orders—I want that Washington DC address to be my default.

Here’s what I found: 1. The Fleece Jacket is in order #W2466703, but this order is still pending, not delivered. Exchanges can only be made for delivered orders. Would you like to modify the item in this pending order instead (for example, change it to a red one with a half zipper), or would you like to wait until it is delivered to request an exchange? 2. Your Washington DC address is: 565 Maple Drive, Suite 501, Washington, DC 20307. I can set this as your default shipping address. Please confirm: - Do you want to modify your pending Fleece Jacket order to a red one with a half zipper? - Should I proceed to update your default address to the Washington DC address listed above? Once you confirm, I’ll proceed with both actions.
Customer#16
Yes, please do both.
