You are authenticated. Here’s how I can help:
1. Exchange your Fleece Jacket for a red one with a half zipper.
2. Update your default shipping address to your Washington DC address.
To proceed, could you please provide:
- The order number where you purchased the Fleece Jacket (if you know it), or let me know if you want me to look it up.
- The full Washington DC address (street, city, state, zip code) you’d like to set as your default.
Once I have this information, I’ll guide you through the next steps and confirm the details before making any changes.
Customer#8
I’m not comfortable sharing my Washington DC address here, but it’s already in your records from one of my previous orders. As for the Fleece Jacket, I’m not sure about the order number—can you check for me?

Here’s what I found:
- Your Fleece Jacket is in order #W2466703, but this order is still pending and has not been delivered yet. Exchanges can only be processed for delivered orders.
- Your Washington DC address (565 Maple Drive, Suite 501, Washington, DC 20307) is already in our records from a previous order.
Would you like to:
1. Update your default shipping address to your Washington DC address?
2. Wait until your Fleece Jacket order is delivered before requesting an exchange, or do you want to modify the pending order instead (such as changing the jacket’s color or zipper type)?
Please confirm how you’d like to proceed with each request.
Customer#16
Yes, please update my default shipping address to the Washington DC one you found. For the Fleece Jacket, can I change the color to red and the zipper to half on the pending order instead of waiting?
