Here’s what I found for your account: - You have two pending orders (#W5199551 and #W8665881) and one delivered order (#W9389413). - You requested to cancel all pending orders because you no longer need them. - You want to return a watch you received. There are two watches in your orders: - “Wristwatch” in order #W5199551 (pending, not delivered yet) - “Smart Watch” in order #W9389413 (delivered, eligible for return) - “Smart Watch” in order #W8665881 (pending, not delivered yet) To proceed, here’s what will happen: 1. Both pending orders (#W5199551 and #W8665881) will be cancelled and refunded to your PayPal account within 5-7 business days. 2. The “Smart Watch” from your delivered order (#W9389413) will be returned. You can choose to have the refund sent to your PayPal account or your gift card. Please confirm: - That you want to cancel both pending orders for the reason “no longer needed.” - That you want to return the “Smart Watch” from order #W9389413, and let me know your preferred refund method (PayPal or gift card). Once you confirm, I’ll also calculate your total refund amount.
Customer#15
Yes, please cancel both pending orders because I don’t need them anymore. For the return, I want to send back the “Smart Watch” from the delivered order, and I’d like the refund to go to my PayPal account. Can you let me know how much I’ll get back in total?
