Here’s what I found for your account: 1. You have two orders that haven’t shipped yet (status: pending): - Order #W5199551 (total: $3,131.10) - Order #W8665881 (total: $4,777.75) 2. You have one delivered order (#W9389413). This order contains a Smart Watch, but not a regular wristwatch. Could you confirm if you want to return the Smart Watch from this order, or did you mean a different item? To proceed: - Please confirm you want to cancel both pending orders (#W5199551 and #W8665881). Also, let me know the reason for cancellation for each (choose either “no longer needed” or “ordered by mistake”). - Confirm which item you want to return from your delivered order (#W9389413), and let me know if you want the refund to your PayPal or your gift card. Once you confirm, I’ll calculate your total refund and proceed with your requests.
Customer#15
Yes, please cancel both pending orders—they’re no longer needed. And I want to return the Smart Watch from the delivered order. I’d like the refund to go back to my PayPal, if possible.
