You have two pending orders (#W5199551 and #W8665881) and one delivered order (#W9389413). To proceed: 1. I can cancel both pending orders for you since you no longer need them. 2. For the delivered order, you mentioned returning a watch. There are two watches in your orders: - “Wristwatch” in order #W5199551 (pending, not eligible for return) - “Smart Watch” in order #W9389413 (delivered, eligible for return) Can you confirm that you want to return the “Smart Watch” from your delivered order #W9389413? Also, refunds for all orders will go back to your original payment method (PayPal). Please confirm: - You want to cancel both pending orders for the reason “no longer needed.” - You want to return the “Smart Watch” from your delivered order. Once you confirm, I’ll proceed and calculate your total refund.
Customer#13
Yes, that’s correct—I want to cancel both pending orders because I don’t need them, and I want to return the “Smart Watch” from the delivered order. Please go ahead.
