Thank you for verifying your email. To proceed with your exchange request for the Fleece Jacket and to update your default address to your Washington DC address, I need a bit more information: 1. Could you confirm which order the Fleece Jacket is from, or provide the order ID if you know it? 2. Please provide your full Washington DC address (street, city, state, zip code) so I can update your default address. Once I have this information, I’ll review your order and proceed with your requests.

Customer#9

I’m not comfortable sharing my address, but it should be in one of my orders already. Can you check for the Washington DC address on file and use that? As for the order, I’m not sure about the order ID, but it’s the most recent Fleece Jacket I ordered.
