Agent#8

Thank you for verifying your email. To proceed with your Fleece Jacket exchange and update your default address to your Washington DC one, I need a bit more information: 1. Which order contains the Fleece Jacket you want to exchange? If you’re not sure, I can look up your recent orders for you. 2. Please provide your full Washington DC address (street, city, state, zip code) so I can update your default address. Once I have this information, I’ll guide you through the next steps for both requests.

Customer#9

I’m not comfortable sharing my address here, but it should be in one of my previous orders. Can you check my orders for the Washington DC address and use that one? As for the Fleece Jacket, it’s from my most recent order.
