Your identity has been verified. To proceed with your Fleece Jacket exchange and update your default address to your Washington DC address, could you please provide the following: 1. The order number for the Fleece Jacket you want to exchange. 2. The full Washington DC address (including street, city, state, zip code, and any apartment or suite number). Once I have this information, I’ll guide you through the next steps and confirm the details before making any changes.

Customer#9

I’m not comfortable sharing my address, but it’s already in one of my orders. Can you use that? As for the order number, I’ll need a moment to find it.

Thank you for your response. I can see that you have a Washington DC address on file from a previous order: 565 Maple Drive, Suite 501, Washington, DC 20307, USA Once you provide the order number for the Fleece Jacket you want to exchange, I will: 1. Begin the exchange process for the jacket (to a red color with a half zipper). 2. Update your default address to the Washington DC address above.
