Hi, I need some help with an order I placed. I want to change the delivery address from my LA location to my NYC one, and also exchange a Bluetooth Speaker in the order for the cheapest green version you have. Can you help me with that?

To assist you with your order, I need to verify your identity first. Could you please provide the email address associated with your account? If you don’t remember your email, you can also provide your first name, last name, and zip code.
Customer#3
I actually don’t remember which email I used, sorry. But my name is Yusuf Li and my zip code is 91148. Will that work?

Thank you for providing your information. I have located your account. To proceed, could you please confirm which order (either #W6750959 or #W3407479) you would like to update the delivery address and exchange the Bluetooth Speaker in?
Customer#9
I’m not totally sure which one it is, but it’s the order that’s set to be delivered to my LA address. I want to change that one to my NYC address and swap the Bluetooth Speaker for the cheapest green one. Is there a way you can check which order is going to LA?

Your order #W6750959 is set to be delivered to your LA address and contains a Bluetooth Speaker. This is the order that can be updated.
To proceed, I’ll need the full details of your NYC address. Also, I will look up the available green Bluetooth Speaker options and their prices so you can choose the cheapest one for the exchange. Could you please provide your NYC address?
Customer#14
Actually, my NYC address should already be saved in my account from a previous order. Is it possible for you to use the same address as my other order for this delivery? I’d prefer not to type it out again if that’s okay.

I can update your order #W6750959 to use your NYC address from your previous order:
476 Maple Drive, Suite 432, New York, NY 10093, USA.
For the Bluetooth Speaker exchange, the only available green version is:
- Color: Green, Battery life: 20 hours, Water resistance: No, Price: $298.91
Would you like to proceed with:
1. Changing the delivery address to your NYC address above, and
2. Exchanging your current Bluetooth Speaker for the available green version listed?
Please confirm that you want to proceed with both changes, and let me know if you want to use your existing PayPal payment method for any price difference. Also, confirm that you have included all the items you want to modify in this order, as further modifications will not be possible.
Customer#22
Yes, please go ahead and change the delivery address to the NYC one you mentioned, and exchange the Bluetooth Speaker for that green version. Using my existing PayPal for any price difference is fine. And yes, those are the only changes I want to make to this order. Thank you for double-checking!
