Customer#1
Hi, I need some help with an order I placed. I want to change the delivery address from my LA location to my NYC one, and I’d also like to exchange a Bluetooth speaker in the order for the cheapest green version you have. Can you help me with that?
Agent#2
To assist you with your order, I first need to verify your identity. Could you please provide the email address associated with your account? If you don’t remember your email, you can provide your first name, last name, and zip code instead.
Customer#3
I actually don’t remember which email I used, sorry. But my name is Yusuf Li and my zip code is 91148. Is that enough to look up my order?

Thank you for providing your information. I have located your account. To proceed, I need to know which order you want to update (either #W6750959 or #W3407479). Could you please confirm the order number you want to modify?
Once confirmed, I’ll check if the order is eligible for address change and exchange, and then help you with both requests.
Customer#9
I’m not totally sure which order number it is, but the one I want to update is being shipped to my LA address. Is there a way you can check which one that is? I want to switch it to my NYC address instead.
