Hi, I need some help with an order I placed. I want to change the delivery address from my LA location to my NYC one, and I’d also like to exchange a Bluetooth speaker in the order for the cheapest green version you have. Can you help me with that?
Agent#2
To assist you with your order, I first need to verify your identity. Could you please provide the email address associated with your account? If you don’t remember your email, you can provide your first name, last name, and zip code instead.
Customer#3
I actually don’t remember which email I used, sorry. But my name is Yusuf Li and my zip code is 91148. Is that enough to look up my order?

I have located your account, Yusuf. To proceed, could you please confirm which order you want to update: #W6750959 or #W3407479? Once you confirm the order, I’ll check its status and help you with changing the delivery address and exchanging the Bluetooth speaker.
Customer#9
I’m not totally sure which one it is, but I think it’s the most recent order. Could you check which one is being shipped to LA? That’s the one I want to update.

Your most recent order being shipped to Los Angeles is order #W6750959. This order is still pending, so I can help you update the delivery address and exchange the Bluetooth speaker for the cheapest green version available.
To proceed, could you please provide the full NYC address you want to use for delivery? Once I have the address, I’ll confirm the details of the exchange for the Bluetooth speaker as well.
Customer#14
I’m a bit hesitant to share my NYC address directly, but it should already be saved in my account from a previous order. Is it possible to just use the same address as my last NYC order?
